Help

How to join

[Registration] You can register as a member of Sangapharm by consenting to our terms and privacy policy and filling out a registration form. Once registered, you can immediately use our services for free.

Your order information will be saved to use for your next order. Members can also participate in events such as group purchases, auctions, discounts, and more.


[Customer Groups] Registered members can participate in various events, sales, and pre-orders, as well as gain access to exclusive benefits.
Membership benefits include reward points and coupons, which are issued per customer group according to accumulated order amount.

Bronze

-       Criteria: Total purchase amount of under $500 in the previous year, newly registered members

-       Reward points: 0.5% of purchase amount

-       Coupons: 1 x $5 off coupon for orders over $50, 1 x $10 off coupon for orders over $100, 1 x $20 off coupon for orders over $200 (for new members)


Silver

-       Criteria: Total purchase amount of $500-$1,000 in the previous year

-       Reward points: 1.0% of purchase amount

-       Coupons: 1 x $5 off coupon for orders over $50, 1 x $10 off coupon for orders over $100, 1 x $20 off coupon for orders over $200


Gold

-       Criteria: Total purchase amount of over $1,000 in the previous year

-       Reward points: 1.5% of purchase amount

-       Coupons: 2 x $5 off coupons for orders over $50, 2 x $10 off coupons for orders over $100, 2 x $20 off coupons for orders over $200


Notice

- Customer group criteria are based on the total purchase amount from the previous year (January 1st to December 31st, not including shipping fees, reward points, and coupons).

- Customer groups are updated every January 1st.

- Reward points are issued 7 days after delivery.

- Membership coupons are issued once a year and are valid for 90 days after issue date (unused and expired coupons will automatically be deleted).

- Coupons for newly registered customers are issued one time only and are valid for 90 days after issue date (unused and expired coupons will automatically be deleted).

- Coupons can be used only on Sangapharm’s official online store.

- Coupons are not reissued for orders that are cancelled, exchanged, or returned due to simple change of mind.

How to order/Payment

Orders

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

If you shopped as a guest, make sure to remember your order number and reference number (for credit card payments) from Step 6.

If you are a registered member, your order number is automatically saved on your behalf.


Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal


- For high payments, you may receive a call from your credit card company for security purposes.

- Payments made with stolen credit cards, identity theft, and other transactions deemed abnormal may be cancelled or deferred without prior notice.

Shipping

  • Shipping method: EMS

    Region(s): Worldwide (Select countries excluded)

    Shipping fee: Varies by package weight

    Delivery time: Approximately 5-10 days after payment


    - Delivery may be delayed depending on product stock.

    - Delivery may be delayed due to warehouse issues.

    - If your order includes pre-order items or other items with delayed dispatch, your package will be shipped once ALL products are ready for dispatch.

    - For shipping delays or sold out items, our customer service will contact you separately.



    Customs and Duties


    - Customs charges may occur for international orders. These fees are the recipient’s responsibilities.

    - Customs duties are levied by the destination country and are not related to Sangapharm. Fees may vary depending on the product’s country of origin, ingredients, manufacturing process, and purpose of use. For more information, contact your local customs office.

    - Should the package be returned to Korea due to the recipient’s refusal to pay for customs clearance, all related shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (round-trip shipping and Korean customs clearance fees included).

    - Packages returned due to the recipient’s refusal to pay customs duties will not be shipped again nor refunded.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Read before returning


- For shipping errors and faulty products: You can request for an exchange or return within 90 days of delivery and up to 30 days after the error/defect is discovered.

All requests must include photographic evidence including a picture of the entire packaging contents and a close-up of the product defect or damage.

- For international shipments, we do not accept exchanges/returns for simple change of mind.



- Promotional gifts must also be included in your return package. Otherwise, your exchange/refund cannot be processed.
- For products with designated sale periods, cancellations can only be made within that period.
- Cancellations can only be made when the order status is in ‘Payment Complete’ or ‘Pending Shipment.’

- Exchange/refund policies may vary by product. For more information, check the product detail page. You can also submit a private inquiry or contact customer service.


Return shipping fees


- Change of mind: Return after shipment due to change of mind is not allowed.

- For shipping errors and faulty products: For shipping errors and faulty products, the seller is responsible for shipping.

The following cases are ineligible for exchange/return



- Seven days have passed since delivery.

- The item has been returned without prior confirmation.

- The product has decreased in value (damaged packaging, damaged contents, traces of use, etc.).

- The product has been used or partially consumed.

- The product is deemed unfit for resale (removed barcode, exceeded expiration date, etc.).

- The product page had explicitly specified that exchanges/refunds would not be accepted.

- The packaging is damaged.

- The product shows traces of post-delivery damage or use (even for shipping errors and faulty products).

- Products purchased online may not be exchanged/returned at an offline store.

- Products purchased offline may not be exchanged/returned online.



How to exchange/return your order



- Step 1: Check the exchange/return period.

- Step 2: Apply for an exchange/refund via My Account or private inquiry (provide photographic evidence of defect, including a close-up photo of the defect and a photo of the entire package contents).

- Step 3: Following the instructions from customer service, return the product using the designated return shipping address and method (make sure to include the return confirmation slip and order information in your package).

- Step 4: Once your product has arrived, it will undergo inspection before your exchange/return is processed.

- Step 5: Exchange/return complete. (For faulty products or shipping errors, submit a copy of your return shipment receipt to receive a refund for return shipping fees.)


Refunds


- Refunds are issued once your return shipment arrives at the designated return address and completes inspection.
- If your return shipment meets the refund criteria, your order amount will be refunded within 3 business days (maximum 14 days).
- For credit card payments, payment will be cancelled and your account will not be billed.
- Depending on your credit card billing cycle, in come cases you may still be billed for payment. If this happens, you will be issued a refund on your next billing cycle. (For details, please contact your credit card company.)

Other

Reward Points

Conditions for use
- A percentage of your purchases will be issued to you in reward points according to your customer group (0.5% for Bronze, 1.0% for Silver, 1.5% for Gold).
- Reward points will become available for use 7 days after your order status is updated to ‘Delivered.’
- Reward points remain in pending status for 7 days. Pending reward points cannot be used for payment.
- Valid reward points (total reward points – used reward points – pending reward points) can be used for product purchases.
- The minimal purchase amount for reward point payment is $1.
- There is no maximum limit for payments made in reward points.



Reward point expiration
- Reward points issued for canceled/refunded orders will automatically expire.
- Reward points will automatically expire when you close your account.
